Re: Milan Kundera RIP
I saw the film "the Unbearable Lightness of Being" three times. Once in Germany, once in America and then on a rented video from Blockbuster.

The three versions were completely different. The video version was like a pornography film.

The scene in the Swiss restaurant where Tomas and Sabina ask for the "Muzak" to be turned off and the waiter responds that 'our customers like it' will stay with me forever.

MIlan Kundera wrote this book in French which is pretty impressive.

The Unbearable Lightness of Being is a great book and film.

Don't get me started on Lena Olin.
